With a career spanning 35 years, and more than 25 years of leadership experience in the FMCG sector, JK has a proven track record of driving business transformations, delivering superior P&L results, and building high-performing, diverse teams. His strategic vision, combined with meticulous execution, has enabled sustained growth and market leadership across markets.
Prior to Suntory, JK spent nearly two decades at PepsiCo in senior leadership roles, including Vice President, Transformation and Business Development for Asia Pacific, and Vice President and General Manager for the Pakistan/Afghanistan Business Unit.

Bringing over 30 years of experience, Ashish has strong background in FMCG, working in sales and marketing across different markets and cultures. Prior to joining SPVB, he was the general manager in Suntory PepsiCo Beverage Thailand (SPBT) where he led the company through significant changes, promoted consumer-centric strategies, and achieved strong business results with his strong leadership.
A people-oriented manager, Ashish is well-liked among his team and colleagues with his excellent people skills. He continues to work closely with relevant stakeholders to take SPVB to new heights.

A seasoned executive with more than 30 years of experience in FMCG sales, Omer is skilled in marketing, business strategy, and general management. He has a strong background in business strategy development and execution, being able to consistently come up with excellent activation ideas – both practical and with favourable returns for the company.
Before his role as CEO of SBFHE, Omer was the CEO of Suntory PepsiCo Beverage Thailand (SPBT). He led the joint venture between Suntory and PepsiCo, delivering strong and consistent business growth.

He played a pivotal role in driving BRAND’S turnaround, leading initiatives such as BRANDS Essence of Chicken (BEC) and the successful launch of BRANDS Bird’s Nest (BNN) Drink, which accelerated category momentum and strengthened Suntory’s market position. He also further advanced new product development ideation programme in both Beverages and Health Enrichment, delivering outstanding results that reflect ambition, execution excellence, and impact.

In her 10 years with Suntory, she has facilitated and integrated cultural exchange among regional teams, navigated labour management relations through organisational changes, and established P&C infrastructure for multiple geographies while piloting talent mobility regionally.
Focusing on creating connections across culture, championing DEI, and navigating the shift to digital, May San is passionate about building workplaces that empower employees, providing authentic care and connection to foster a sense of belonging for all.

At SBFA, Vicky leads the Digital & IT function to drive operational excellence and transformation initiatives in the region. He will provide leadership and direction for the digital and technology agenda across APAC, emphasizing on employee experience, AI & Automation, Data & Analytics and commercial & Marketing digitisation.
A lifelong learner, Vicky loves to read, play cricket, and travelling to new destinations to experience local culture and food.

Joining Suntory PepsiCo Vietnam Beverage (SPVB) in 2023, Yoshio-san has played pivotal roles across multiple projects, managing Suntory reporting, delivering high-quality, fully compliant reporting packages, and building strong connections between GHQ and the local business units.
By collaborating closely with internal stakeholders, he has translated local business insights into clear, actionable reports. His leadership has consistently strengthened decision-making quality and enhanced governance standards, with his attention to detail and reliability positioning SPVB as a trusted contributor in management reporting.
